REALTOR nomination criteria

Nominate a fellow REALTOR to be profiled in one of our feature stories: an agent of the month cover story, or a professional profile or rising star profile.All candidates must be nominated by a REALTOR, broker or Affiliate (brokers and owners are not eligible). The selection process includes a questionnaire, personal interview, reference check and final approval by a selection committee. Candidates are evaluated based upon production, professionalism and uniqueness of story, as well as industry and community involvement.

Guidelines for nomination

agent of the month:

• Active residential real estate agent*

• Member in good standing of a REALTOR board or association within the magazine’s circulation area*

• A top producer who is in the top 15 percent of the company or area*

• Respected by peers in industry

• Active in the real estate community

• Dedicated to the industry and involved in professional activities such as committees, associations or boards

• Actively pursuing continuing education designations

professional profile:

• Active residential real estate agent*

• Member in good standing of a REALTOR board or association within the magazine’s circulation area*

• Minimum of five years in the industry*

• A full-time professional who is in the top third of the company

• Respected by peers in the industry

• Active in the real estate community

• Dedicated to the real estate industry

rising star profile:

• Active residential real estate agent*

• Member in good standing of a REALTOR board or association within the magazine’s circulation area*

• Respected by peers in the industry

• Active in the real estate community

• Dedicated to the real estate industry

• Unique story or marketing strategy
